Why do people use Skype?

There is something I am very against although I too suffer from it, downloading more software when you have something already installed that will do what you are installing a new program to do!

I have known about this product for a while and I have asked, Why is this necessary? MSN and AOL (as far as I know) will do the exact same thing. Is this a PC user who wants to be a MAC user kind of thing? Because you know Linux and MAC users always bitch about this or that, kind of like Vegetarians. Do MAC and Linux users make their tidbits Windows/PC user friendly? or is that some pathetic way to achieve an identity because there really isn't a way. Well there is the religion aspect, but they've already denied that because Hello they are different! They have read, and yes, you are right they do in fact own the C.S Lewis collection but that, that doesn't make the Christian! Duh. You stupid stereotyper! And no. No I do not get my friends because I stereotype! Are you crazy!? OMG you like Jimmy Buffet?! Me too. Right. K Nevermind.
