Ingredients:
* 4 cups shredded red cabbage
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. pepper
* 3 pound boneless pork shoulder roast
Preparation:
Combine cabbage, onion, brown sugar, and vinegar in 4 to 4 quart slow cooker. Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper and brown in heavy skilllet, about 5-6 minutes total, turning until browned on all sides. Place pork in slow cooker; cover, and cook on Low for 7-8 hours until pork registers 160 degrees F. Serves 6

Granted you would probably have to like the 3 ingredients: Pork, Cabbage, and Vinegar. I just made this today. I will be making it again : )
