So apparently my drinking about 3 beers a night does not help in weightloss. The beer I prefer is Amberbock. Tonight I looked up the amount of calories in Amberbock and 166 calories per bottle. But it's oh so yummy. 498 calories. Yeap.

I was also thinking that I need to change what and how I eat. I am going to try for 1000 calories a day ... yeah. I used to do that but I don't know now, I really like cheese now. Yeah. Cream Cheese, Cheesecake, Just Plain Cheese, & Sour Cream.

When I was really young I ate Cream of Wheat (measured out) with Maple Syrup and Pecans for breakfast. For lunch I think I ate Tomato soup and I can't remember what was for dinner. The reason I ate like this is I would eat an entire row of oreos in one sitting!

So, no sausage! From now on I think more veggies, tofu, yogurt smoothies, oatmeal. I will probably eat more but it should overall be better for me. That's the plan. Let's see if I can do it!
